Meso-American Feast

Students have elected to celebrate the culture and traditions of the Maya, Aztec, and Inca at the end of this unit. On Wednesday, November 17, we will do so by having a Meso-American/Andean feast. If the recipes below are not appealing to you, consider bringing in some more traditional Mexican food, as it is primarily influenced by the Aztec and Mayan cultures.
